With its 678,482 members and 3,823 clubs divided into Regional Leagues and Departmental Committees, the FFBB is responsible for the following missions:

– Participate in the promotion and education of physical and sporting activities.
– Encourage access to physical and sporting activities for all.
– Train managers, instructors, trainers and federal coaches.
– Organize refereeing activities within the discipline.
– Ensure compliance with the discipline’s technical, safety, coaching and ethical rules.
– Issue federal titles.
– Organize medical surveillance of their licensees.
