Our Technical Program
The objective of the French Basketball Academy based philosophy is focused on the player’s development. We look after all the aspects, especially the ones that create excellence:
- Individual trainings with video analysis: development of the fundamentals based on typology and the characteristics of each player.
- Team training: development of the collective tactical fundamentals used in high level basketball.
- Compete in local and international tournaments.
- Individual strength and physical training.
- Nutrition programs and physiotherapy services.
A successful basketball game relies on tactical and technical skills. Applying physical or mental tactics increases your team’s competitive advantage and sets the right pace for victory.
Tactical skills refer to basic strategies you can apply to strengthen your defense and attacking power. They are also deliberate moves that you first play in your mind before showcasing them physically. These skills help you analyze the opponent’s weaknesses and adapt quickly to sudden changes
